The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
