She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to answer all our questions properly and never made us feel rushed at all. Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve had with a letting agent — Eleanor is a real credit to the team. Thank you again!

6th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.

Margaret James stood out immediately for their deep local knowledge of Olney and their guidance on the best locations for our future plans.<br><br>Rob’s communication—day and night—was outstanding. He worked tirelessly with solicitors, kept the entire chain together, and remained persistently diplomatic throughout as he worked with our selling agent in MK. He as did she promised they would bring the chain to a successful conclusion, and he delivered.<br><br>The final touch was unforgettable: a personal visit with a luxury bonus voucher box filled with foodie treats and retail vouchers, a handshake, and the keys. Genuine care, hard work, and real commitment from start to finish.<br><br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Margaret James and Rob, who truly went above and beyond on our behalf. We were kept informed throughout our time with them and felt confident that they did all they could for us. Unfortunately, I believe we hit the market at just the wrong time. We will definitely go back to them if we decide to sell again.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.

18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
