Excellent service from a helpful and knowledgeable Brixham office team. Sensible regarding fees, the photographs taken and attention to detail made it standout in a crowded market. Will and Alice and of course special mention to Avril, they really could not have been more helpful throughout our sale and with our purchase in Buckingham. We had some ups and downs but help was always at hand to sort out any problems, just what you need from your estate agent but do not always get. The rest of the Boyce team were also all brilliant, could not recommend this estate agent enough! Our house here in Brixham is Grade II listed, so not the most straightforward of properties to sell.

I recently used Boyce to sell my property. After getting a few different estate agents round to view the property, Boyce were the clear stand out option. It took 1 day from the initial visit to having the photos and video taken (very professionally by Will), no waiting around for a third party to come and take them. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the area, as well as houses, their value and their potential. Like all the staff at Boyces he is friendly, positive, cheerful and helpful. He has a great ability to put a positive slant on everything, even when things are looking a little difficult. Will has great acumen and used this to steer the transaction to a very successful conclusion.
He took the photographs himself and they were really beautiful, showing our house at its best.

This was my first 'proper' rental after student halls and all of the lettings team so kind and helpful with my questions and queries as a first time tenant.
Throughout the tenancy they were very responsive, with my emails often answered the same day, and usually within a few hours. They also were in good contact with the landlord for any repairs that needed sorting.
Upon vacating the property they were very flexible with my move out date and time that changed due to unforeseen circumstances, and the deposit return was initiated on the same day I left.
I would whole-heartedly recommend using Boyce Brixham whether a landlord or tenant, and really feel that they are committed to getting the right people in the right properties, benefitting both the tenant and the landlord.

All the staff are very helpful, and seem very happy to help when ever we call in, and no us on a first name basis, which I feel makes us feel at ease as moving is a very stressful time. We have used L J Boyce both for buying and selling our houses. They have always been very flexible with viewings (so useful for us as we work shifts), have responded quickly to any enquiries and have always been super friendly and helpful at viewings. I consider then to be a highly professional agency "with a heart". It is so important to be professional but so few estate agents manage to combine that with a genuine empathy for its customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Oh - and when our sale fell through they found us a new buyer the very next day! Now that is what I call service.

We have visited the Boyce office in Brixham on several occations and each time have been seen by staff members who were anxious to please, helpful and friendly. We had a couple of viewings (none of which became purchases) but were shown round by knowlegeable and punctual staff. We would certainly use Boyce again if considering a purchase in Brixham.
