Excellent service from a helpful and knowledgeable Brixham office team. Sensible regarding fees, the photographs taken and attention to detail made it standout in a crowded market. Keeping us informed through the entire process answering any questions we had at any point. Taking control of the keys they were respectful of both the property and our wishes keeping both seller and buyer happy.
It is s crowded market currently, but the enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism of the team got us the sale. Well done and many thanks to Boyce who i would highly recommend.

Superb service received from the Boyce Brixham team when listing our property for sale. Ben valued our house & went through our options, he listened to what we had to say & between us we came up with a marketing strategy that worked for us, he then quickly prepared the details & got our house live on the property portals. We have now also spoken with other members of the team & found them to be professional & knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service we have received from the Boyce Brixham team.

Will and Alice and of course special mention to Avril, they really could not have been more helpful throughout our sale and with our purchase in Buckingham. We had some ups and downs but help was always at hand to sort out any problems, just what you need from your estate agent but do not always get. The rest of the Boyce team were also all brilliant, could not recommend this estate agent enough! Our house here in Brixham is Grade II listed, so not the most straightforward of properties to sell.

All the staff are fantastic and accessible...if not immediately available they will always call back . The Boyce Brixham team helped with my move to Brixham from London when I purchased a property they were managing. I can't praise the team enough - all brilliant but especially Tilly and Avril who worked consistently hard over a 4 month period to coordinate the chain and make sure things kept moving in a timely way. The whole team were super friendly and responsive - always happy to answer questions and liaise on my behalf. Brilliant and highly recommended - 5 star service ??

They say moving is one of the most stressful things you will do in your life, well I'm sure for others that is the case but for us using Boyce was stress free from valuation through to completion.
The valuation was spot on and the arranging of viewings and consequent negotiation of sale was smooth due to the effective and quick communication.
Avril and team were always ready with updates or available for questions. The team are second to none.
I eould highly recommend to anyone wanting to take the stress out of selling.
