From start to finish Lee has been extremely helpful throughout the process from booking our first viewing to receiving our keys! All questions have been answered promptly and has been happy to help us throughout. Would strongly recommend his services to anyone selling their house!

4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Booked an appointment with Jack Shale to view a property in Sandwich (sarre place) at 16:30 on 4th January. However no one showed up, completely wasting my time. Very poor! If they could not attend the appointment at least have the decency to call and let me know and save me the hour journey to get there.

29th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.
25th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Sold the house two days after it went on the market for very close to the asking price and we were VERY happy with the price. These people know the area and the market inside out. Quick processing spurred on by Darren and Amie who were fantastic all the way through. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants an honest, hard working estate agent who take the hassle out of selling a property. They respond quickly and make you feel that you are always at the top of their priority list.

21st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They are great depending on what you want... They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos. But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.
