22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We had a great experience with Charlie from harbour he let us know what was happening throughout the process very helpful in every way sold our property very quickly and got over the asking price also the girl in the office was lovely and so helpfull as we are older and haven't delt with selling for many years they were so helpfull couldn't get any better treatment or service.
11th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.

6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.
Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.
The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.
After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.
After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.
Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback.
Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Katie and I couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Bachelors Estate Agents when selling our flat.
From start to finish, Stefan and Aisling were absolutely fantastic. They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.
The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property. They have now just successfully sold their home too, which says everything about the level of trust we have in Stefan and Aisling.
They really are that good!

Robert was always friendly, professional and approachable. No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.
What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter. Instead, I was treated with kindness, respect and honesty throughout.
