16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

7th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend both Willaims Estate agent but also in particular Aimee and Sarah. Thank you both and wishing you all the very best for the future sales!

The team were absolutely brilliant and guided us (as first time buyers in the UK) through the process from day one to when we collected our keys! Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!- 16th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)I made contact with Liam Kerr from Connells as my previous agent could not sell my house and he made assurances that he and the team would be able to get us sold, and could do so quickly. After just a few days of going live, Liam managed to get us sold, over asking price, doing what the other agency could not do in 3 months. He did this with the help of his team who were all extremely helpful and friendly. Liam kept us regularly updated and was honest and hardworking throughout the process. Liam is a brilliant agent and a great person so if you’re looking to sell your house quickly and work with hardworking and honest people, look no further than Liam and the team at Connells.

17th Dec 2024 (30 days ago)We instructed Wesoldit back in 2023 but because of the difficult market at the time we decided to stay put, however in spring 2024 we wanted to try sell again & because of our positive experience with Adam we re-instructed Wesoldit. Adam offered us the most competitive rate. We sold within a few months and now we are finally in our new home thanks to Rachel who worked tirelessly to chase solicitors and other parties in the chain, her regular updates were reassuring & the use of WhatsApp made communication much easier. highly recommend, excellent level of customer service. From the very beginning the communication was excellent, first of all dealing with Dom to arrange a viewing and then negotiating on the offer. We had quite a lengthy process due to solicitors and everything that comes with buying and selling in the UK. It was made a lot smoother thanks to Elliot at Lion Estates who was the sales progressor for the purchase. He helped with communication between solicitors and even assisted on our sale, this definitely eased the stress! They also took the time to arrange another viewing before completion. Everyone in the team we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and honest. I’d certainly recommend them and use them in future for selling a property.

Francis and his team are a breath of fresh air, offering a truly human and humane experience through a process which is traditionally filled with anxiety, tight deadlines and processes which often lack clarity causing additional stress. The 360 Properties team has made it all an experience which was fast, transparent and easy! Real-time progress dashboards, extremely responsive messaging back and forth and a team, that fought battles and resolved challenges for me, one after the other, sometimes without my knowing, even. What else can anyone ask for? I wholeheartedly and passionately recommend 360 Properties, Francis and his team for selling or renting your house.
