They were realistic on the sale price and their professionalism was impressive. Every aspect of the property sale was dealt with in a timely and courteous manner. Branch partner Graham and his team are knowledgeable, helpful and well-briefed, with all members of the team keeping abreast of our transaction. Their communication is excellent and they kept us informed right through the sale process. Quarters have a strong and committed team at Leighton Buzzard and we’d 100% recommend them.

Choosing from 3 estate agents who were asked to provide probate evaluations was easy - Lotti from Alexander & Co was the only one who acknowledged our loss. Our correct choice was supported by the professional & efficient support experienced prior to the sale stc. Alexander’s back office kept us informed throughout in a way that was really helpful & far from intrusive. I would certainly recommend Lotti & her team at Armstrong & Co for house sales.

They adapted very well to an issue that occurred in a chain that broke and kept the purchase alive. They were exceptional in dealing with a challenging vendor and this helped progress things to a very satisfactory outcome. Sarah, Colin and Ross were brilliant and maintained regular contact throughout to ensure any potential delays were nipped in the bud. We knew the property we were buying needed renovating and sought a property to rent whilst we undertook the required works. Again the Christopher Pallet team stepped up and Rebecca helped us lease a property that is just perfect for our needs. Sky and Kerry in particular were amazing, they both went above and beyond helping us with matters and issues that weren’t anything to do with them and they didn’t have to spend their time sorting. Nothing was too much trouble. They ensured we got into our new home as quick as possible and were so on the ball with everything. They were very quick with responses and we are so grateful for all their help and expertise.

It didn't matter who you delt with in the office they were all very efficient and if they did not know an enquiry someone would soon be in contact with the information. Great team and great service.

Jacob Kept us well informed and made sure the side of the house progressed As fast as possible. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Orchid Estate Agent’s in particular Jacob.

Both Adam and Rachel were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. They worked hard in getting our property listed and sold promptly. The communication was 1st class, they really went out of their way to keep us well updated and help out with everything. Even recommending local trades when necessary. They are a breath of fresh air in the industry, using WhatsApp to communicate which was so easy. We were really impressed. Thank you guys for everything you did, we really appreciate it!

Took the time to listen and worked together well on getting the house ready for market.
