Gennaro was fantastic throughout the viewing process and did a great job securing the sale. The whole team I dealt with were incredibly helpful, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback throughout. I particularly liked the app they used, which made the whole process easy to follow and ensured communication was always clear and consistent.
A special mention goes to Natasha, who was extremely helpful during the final stages of the sale. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors and maintaining communication to help push the sale through to completion.
Selling in a challenging market wasn’t necessarily easy, but the support, communication and professionalism of the team made a real difference and helped make the experience as smooth as possible.
Thank you to Gennaro, Natasha and the whole team for all your hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

However Rashel took such great care of us, we honestly couldn’t have met a better person to advise use. He was fantastic from start to finish, he talked through every detail with us and explained everything in detail. Even keeping us updated throughout the whole process which was a relief, he handled everything perfectly and I again couldn’t have wished for a more perfect person to have helped us towards our first home. If you’re ever in Connells i would highly recommend seeking Rashel out for their services especially any first time buyers as he was fantastic!

25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)A big thank you to Elaine and team at Alexander & Co, Buckingham and Rachel and team at Winslow for helping us sell our property and find a rental property. Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.

2nd Dec 2025 (11 mo. ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude.
After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings.
We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget.
Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout.

Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage
