Selling our house didn't take much, as the market was lacking in houses of this type, after it was marketed it sold within a week.
We had to pay for the Photos, and the EPC. The pictures on the website sold the house. Alexanders employ a Progressor, who did a magnificent job keeping us fully informed right up to exchange of contracts.

I have used Ella Homes in the past to both purchase and sell houses and because of the previous positive experiences I returned to them when my mother had to sell her cottage and move into sheltered accommodation. Yet again, I was not disappointed with the service I received which was delivered in a most professional manner. by everyone I had contact with. The cottage was marketed at a realistic price and a sale was achieved within a week and completion took place just over two months later.
