The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

Through to a sale -The Street app for appointments with back up phone calls and reminders.The office are knowledgeable and helpful in your case . Very happy -thank you Humphreys!!

25th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)From the start of the process to the end I could only praise Molyneux Wrexham. George visited us at our home and provided us with all relevant information needed, he then came and took photos with a proper 'camera', these were fantastic!
Margaret and the other office staff were very friendly and helpful. From the house going on the market and moving out was really good, completed in 8 weeks!!

They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving.
As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to thank them for their service in getting my property sold quickly and efficiently.

Highly recommend them!

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
