   Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.... Read more

   I was selling my property through Bycroft. They took really good care of me from start to end. Kurt came to value & organise photos then Michele took the reins to support me through what became a fairly protracted and traumatic process due to the behaviour of my buyers. Michele’s ongoing care during this whole debacle was wonderful (supported by Tia when Michele was off). I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication I was shown and Michele’s partnership with my solicitor alingside her persistence and perseverance helped ensure the sale moved forward, even when it looked bleak.
