Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. She was responsive, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Ashford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Word of advice, if someone has already put in an offer on a property it is courteous to let viewers know prior to the day so that they can decide whether they want to view at all. Rather than flippantly informing them during the viewing. Ridiculous.

As the buyer I didn’t have a huge amount of direct involvement with the agents, but my experience was very positive overall.<br><br>Only slight niggle was that I emailed James after completion about collecting the estate agent board and have still not heard back, hence the four rather than five stars.
