I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
24th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently purchased a property through Jackson Stops, Newmarket and found the team friendly, attentive and consistent with communication.<br>Lottie recognised that we were motivated buyers, and after losing out on two properties took the initiative to show us something off market which turned out to be our ideal home. The customer service was great and we felt highly valued as purchasers.- 20th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. Thank you ever so much for all your efforts we both really appreciate it.

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me.
