12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

16th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We really could not fault Ben and the team at Lancasters. The service they provided throughout the sale of our property was nothing short of exceptional. The amount of time and effort put in by the whole team to ensure the sale ran as smoothly as possible was commendable. Our property sold within 3 weeks of it being on the market which is all down to the team going above & beyond, which far exceeded expectations. From my initial meeting with Ben it was evident Lancasters were the right Estate Agent for us. His expertise and knowledge of local market trends proved invaluable to ensure we were marketing our property at the right price. A big thank you to Anita who worked tirelessly with the countless viewings. Her experience in negotiating also ensured we were offered the best price. Also thanks to Jason for the continued communication, who along with Anita showed such a high level of respect for our property during viewings (turning lights off upon leaving, making sure shoes were removed etc etc) During finalisation (conveyance and completion) Emma’s continued communication between the purchasers, solicitors and ourselves ensured we were navigated through this part of the process with ease. She provided regular updates and advice to ensure everything remained on track, despite a few obstacles along the way regards the chain we were in. Myself and my husband shall be eternally grateful for all your hard work, professionalism and honesty. Lancasters deliver what they promise.. and more.

He's not only professional and gets the job done but he is so easy to speak too and to be honest once you ask him to do something it's done. He's also really good at advising you no matter what the problem. He's awesome in my opinion and my house move would of not been the same without him. So thanks Dean X

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
