Cannot rate the Cleethorpes branch of Crofts highly enough. From the initial valuation appointment until the final day of our sale the sales team excelled. We had a prolonged and at times difficult sale, but the staff remained positive, professional and positive throughout. Special mention to Vicki who we felt went over and beyond what we expected. A big thank you and highly recommend to anyone considering selling their property.
I would not recommend this agent to any tenants... I was in a flat in Grimsby under Crofts... property handed over to me with unclean state... I myself cleaned washing machine and cooker bathroom etc... I kept flat clean and tidy and handed over in good condition.. thr man called David in Crofts deducted good amount of money from my deposit just showing pics of minor wear and tears most of which already exist when I moved in... very dissapointed about their act which was very unfair and disgusting... never recommend to anyone....

Very bad communication from them, not happy with the treatment I received. They charged unfairly more when giving me back my deposit and they gave 0 flexibility in all my decisitions.

I recently sold my house through Jackson, Green and Preston and found the entire process faultless. The brochure was of a high standard and I was kept informed on all aspects of the sale, including feedback on viewings. Staff at JGP are helpful, extremely professional and very approachable.
I also rent out some properties through this company, via its Property Management department, and have found this service invaluable. They track all legal requirements for the properties, such as Gas checks, CO2/Smoke alarms, etc. and liaise between the tenants and myself on aspects of maintenance. I feel my properties are well managed and and excellent service is provided for both landlords and tenants.
All in all, I found that Jackson, Green and Preston provide an excellent, modern and professional service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I would score a zero if I could. Left a rented property in a awful, DISGUSTING state (photos to prove).
Absolutely horrendous service, none of them care about us as tenants and the company is paid to manage a property by the landlord.
We only got a 4 hour clean after our move in date due to complaining, which is still not fully clean.
There are many things wrong and neglected with the property, 10 year old carpets with no underlay, faulty electrics in the kitchen and still unable to use the oven. Had no response to all the grievances we’ve had. We paid £1500 and waited 3 weeks for a disgraceful condition.
AWFUL company, staff have noted in an inventory how dusty, dirty and faulty things are in property and done next to nothing to rectify these with keeping some of the previous tenants deposit!!!!!
