????? A huge thank you to the team at Entwistle Green Cleveleys! Collecting the keys to my latest flip was a great experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward. What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. 5 stars is not enough!! Make it 10!! My experience from start to finish has been exemplary. I cannot recommend Susan Eve Estate Agents highly enough. This was a challenging, non-straightforward sale as the property had fell into disrepair and was being sold by two estranged, separate Executors. Right from the beginning when Rachael came to value the house, I could see her passion for the job, knowledge of the area and commitment to achieve a sale. When a buyer was found after a short period of time, the whole team worked together putting my interests to the forefront. Communication with them was excellent and replies to queries always speedy. No matter who you spoke to they were all updated and on the same page. They dealt with sensitive issues with upmost diplomacy and professionalism.
