We’ve had a good experience with FSS, and specifically Ella Burnham, as we moved to Harrogate and got settled in the past month. Making a viewing appointment was easy and Ella was prompt. Doing the application was fairly straightforward using their online portal, and I appreciate that this is the single place to get info. Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans.
