Making a viewing appointment was easy and Ella was prompt. Doing the application was fairly straightforward using their online portal, and I appreciate that this is the single place to get info. And, when we came by the office to pick up keys, everything was extremely efficient.<br><br>I will update this review and rating should we have more experiences with FSS.

2nd Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.
