Very pleasant freindly visit when pictures were taken giving helpfull tips and exchanged knowlege for services needed. We than ran into difficulty when buyer pulled out this was all chased up by Kaitlan who is a really credit to the company. With her help we secured another buyer in days, she also kept me informed all the way through even messaging in her own time to update and pass on questions. Worst experience ever. Rude. Unprofessional. Miss led me with the property description. Advert said recent rewire...turn out it was 11 years ago. Helen was rude. Ignorant and the most unhelpful person ever. They made the whole process of buying un necessarily stressful. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and never experienced anything like it. Collected my keys today and didnt get a smile or congratulations. Nothing. Absolutely appalling.
