Although my purchase took awhile which was no fault of the estate agents I’ve had complete confidence in BOP for their professionalism. I’ve found Sienna to be truly outstanding and hope that this is the start of a good relationship going forward with BOP.
3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We had been with a competitor for 8 months, and only had 12 viewings. Switched to Webbers, Ilfracombe and initially spoke with Henry Swain, who advised us clearly with a plan to move forward.<br>At this point Keri Harrop was allocated as our dedicated Property Advisor.<br>Within 9 days of our revised advert going live, we received an acceptable offer and started the Conveyancing process. This is where Keri showed how exceptional a talent she is for Webbers - constant communication, guidance and support both by phone and email. Questions were always answered quickly and clearly, her help was immense at what is a very stressful time. She constantly checked with solicitors, buyers and all parties involved for updates. Keri even on her days off, was more than prepared to offer support.<br>Webbers have a real gem in Keri and I know they will appreciate the way she conducts herself.

11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

As it was our first time in the area, we really appreciated how effortlessly she took us around three different properties while also going above and beyond to show us around and help us get a feel for the place.<br><br>It was an absolute pleasure chatting with her throughout - she was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to spend time with. She made what could have been a stressful day of property viewings feel relaxed and enjoyable.<br><br>Nicola is simply a fantabulous person. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The whole process was a smooth as it could have been even though the moving process in the current world is incredibly stressful! He was always available for calls, communicated well, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us as a family who were relocated from over 280 miles away. We cannot recommend him or the company enough.
