After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.
23rd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.
5th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)*Donot choose this agent , I am doing this review 3 am in the morning as I am so frustrated and having sleepless nights . As<br>*The tenant was not properly vetted.<br>* Peter Alan failed in their duty of care.<br>* They continued to support the tenant despite repeated breaches of the tenancy agreement.<br>* I have suffered financial loss because of their actions.<br>* No responsible person or assigned to sort out things , I spoke to letting agent , customer service, accountant department and rent department. No one knows how to sort out the issues.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

2nd Jul 2019 (7 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
28th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I had a mixed experience with this office.<br><br>Some viewings felt rushed, and on one occasion the wrong keys meant we had to rearrange.<br><br>David at the Whitchurch branch was excellent - helpful and genuinely friendly. He even helped us measure rooms for our final viewing.<br><br>Sarah Bunting, the sales progressor, was also outstanding. Her persistence and responsiveness helped keep things moving and played an important role in completing a difficult sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, the day we arrived at the store to finally collect the keys was an underwhelming experience - the mood in the office was dour and unfriendly.<br><br>Overall, a mixed experience but my sincere thanks to Sarah and David, who were excellent and deserve recognition.
