Very few viewings. Agent arrived after viewers, next agent also arrived late and had given viewer incorrect information about parking which spoilt the visit. Sandersons did not seem concerned about this but were only interested in payment for marketing and listing the few viewers for forwarding to future agencies. Even got my name wrong on the bill which was sent immediately with no thanks for my custom or apology! I even got a demand after I had paid! My impression was that they are only interested in money, not in service.... Read more
