Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'.
The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier....
