16th May 2026 (29 days ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.

Other estate agents said our house was likely to be many months before it sold as it required a certain type of buyer who wanted a remote countryside home. But with Peter Lane they used their extensive list of buyers and found a handful who could be interested in our property immediately. We sold our house within 2 weeks at the price we wanted. The agents were super friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Price was better than most other agents. Photos and advert exceeded expectations
28th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)I'd just like to share my experience with this company. I rented a beautiful cottage through Hix at a very fair price. It was a dream come true for me. I was there for roughly 6 years. Hix were the nicest most accessible and responsive company to work with. It helped them that I took good care of the cottage and in return they treated me with the greatest respect and actioned any jobs quickly. The only reason I left my lovely cottage was because I met a lovely lady and we set up home together and we're still there. If I had to rent again, Hix would be my first port of call. Thanks ladies!
