19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Communication was prompt and helpful before and after the shoot, and Hollie and Sheron were consistently polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.
3rd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Feedback for Cara Since signing up with Howard’s I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cara. Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property. Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate Agency. She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale. You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.

9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have just concluded letting from this agency for 4.5 years. Let me tell you this, you will not find a more accommodating agent than Karen. She was always incredibly responsive, quick to email us back, and worked diligently to make sure any sort of issues that came up with our home were resolved. She always seemed to be in our corner, and never wavered from that stance. If you’re new to the area or looking for a place to move to- I would definitely consider renting from them. Meet Karen once, and you will understand why.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
