1st Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately the flats surrounding us are let by IPS. After contacting them three times over six months to cut back their Bush on the front yard which was nlocking the walkway, they finally came and sorted it, but left a giant bag of branches, leaves, and sticks in front of our flat, which were there for over two months. Not only this, but the bush was cut back to stumps, which looks hideous outside our flat... When they did collect the bag, they left behind hundreds of leaves which had now been dragged right across the front yard, and onto the street, leaving a mess which we will probably have to tidy ourselves... If being slow to react and pure laziness are traits you've always dreamt of in your landlord/estate agents, then IPS will definitely be ready to hear from you.

Communication was outstanding, I was kept up to date at every stage. I would highly recommend them. Unlike the national estate agents, I felt I received a personal service.

6th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this business based on our experience. Our property was occupied by individuals without our authorisation, despite our clear instructions that no one was to be staying there. We also paid for property inspections that, in our experience, were not carried out as agreed. This did not reflect the service or the contractual obligations we expected Houzly to fulfil. When we regained possession of the property, we discovered damage that had not been identified or reported to us. This was particularly concerning because Houzly had previously assured us that the property was in immaculate condition. Most concerning of all, when we entered the property, we found a man living there with his personal belongings and furniture. We had never authorised him to occupy the property, and he did not have a tenancy agreement with us. We were informed that he had been given access to the property by Houzly. We later became aware that he was a business associate of Houzly’s owner in a separate business venture, which raised further concerns for us about how our property had been managed. Overall, we found the service to be unprofessional, communication to be poor, and key responsibilities to have been neglected. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend its services.
