Hannah was very persistent in maintaining contact with me when 2 years had passed with another agency and no success. Thank you for being so helpful and professional Hannah. Once I made the decision to relaunch with Redbrick things moved so efficiently and smoothly, the online challenges I experienced were supported by Lisa and Ellice and within about 10 days the house was sold. I appreciate the diligence, prompt communications and conducting viewings when I was unavailable. Overall I am delighted and very impressed with the team. Thank you.

5th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)????? We recently completed the purchase of our new home through Frank Innes Mapperley, and I would like to thank Ethan for all his help throughout the process. From start to finish, Ethan was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He kept us informed throughout the transaction and was proactive in helping move matters forward, especially during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion. As with any property transaction, there were a few stressful moments along the way, but Ethan was always on hand to provide updates and reassurance. He was constantly chasing the sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the chain to keep things progressing and ensure we were kept informed. One thing that particularly stood out was Ethan’s communication. He responded to all of my emails, queries, and questions very promptly and was always happy to help. No matter how busy things were, he made sure we received updates and clear answers whenever we needed them. I’m fairly certain Ethan saw my name appear in his inbox more often than he would have liked over the last few months! Despite that, he always responded quickly, professionally, and with great patience. His willingness to answer every question, no matter how small, and chase every update was genuinely appreciated. The letting team always go above and beyond in every aspect. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Whether its finding new tenants to simply answering a simple question. Whenever there was an issue, she would get in contact very swiftly and solved any issue very promptly. She was cooperative and friendly throughout, made the process so much easier!

Nothing was too much for them. The only reason I gave 3 stars for value for money is that I think Estate Agents fees (all of them) are too high. I would 100% recommend Starkey and Brown.
