From viewing the property with Joanna, putting in an offer, through to completion, every member of staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable.<br>My house purchase completed in such a short time, which I'm sure in part was because the searches had already been done and also the excellent communication skills from the staff at Redbrik.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Redbrik to anyone I know looking for an estate agent.<br>Thankyou again Matt, Joanna and all the team
20th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I am so impressed by this letting agent. Kirsty has been wonderful, anticipated accommodations, Polite, professional, and competent. The house was clean and ready to view. Finding a house to rent; doing a viewing, and starting the process of getting everything signed has taken only one week. It’s been so easy and thorough. And so much communication. We are currently saving up to buy a house and are several years away still but this experience has been so positive that we would use Knightsbridge again to find a house.

Always efficient and made sure they stuck to the times suitable for me.<br>They'd often send through emails of suggested houses I might like.<br>Darryl was always great with communication and professional and friendly when he showed me around the properties.<br>Highly recommend. We had loads of viewings and the agents that came gave plenty of notice for viewings and were available to do the viewing with the customer as it wasn’t something I wanted to do myself. It was easy to contact someone if I had any queries or questions.

They were so helpful I asked them to sell my property 3 years later. To be honest, if it wasn’t for their hard work I do not think my sale and purchase would have gone through. I would 100% recommend the Kettering branch.
