12th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I would not recommend this business, as after receive the first draft of the lease of the building the changed the deal on the lease. After that Sam harassed us to close the lease after we waiting for weeks for the lease to be done. After receive the money for the deposit and rent, we had to run after the keys and once received we had to ask for the key of the shutter. The service was bad let alone the emails from Sam Sutton himself rude to the core. This is my second business, I never experience such unprofessionalism as this business. Not even deserve of that one star. POOR!!

14th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Pinkroc estate agent put in a lot of time and effort to ensure only the right buyers viewed the property, no time wasters, was always professional and friendly and helpful. Communication was outstanding, I was kept up to date at every stage. I would highly recommend them. Unlike the national estate agents, I felt I received a personal service.

6th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this business based on our experience. Our property was occupied by individuals without our authorisation, despite our clear instructions that no one was to be staying there. We also paid for property inspections that, in our experience, were not carried out as agreed. This did not reflect the service or the contractual obligations we expected Houzly to fulfil. When we regained possession of the property, we discovered damage that had not been identified or reported to us. This was particularly concerning because Houzly had previously assured us that the property was in immaculate condition. Most concerning of all, when we entered the property, we found a man living there with his personal belongings and furniture. We had never authorised him to occupy the property, and he did not have a tenancy agreement with us. We were informed that he had been given access to the property by Houzly. We later became aware that he was a business associate of Houzly’s owner in a separate business venture, which raised further concerns for us about how our property had been managed. Overall, we found the service to be unprofessional, communication to be poor, and key responsibilities to have been neglected. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend its services.
