Lots of helpful communication throughout the process and helped out with extra requests like arranging a visit for measuring up - all in all Ryan made the process very easy.<br>Highly recommend Ryan and the Frank Innes team.

Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were given a valuation band of 200-250k (which in itself is outrageous), we were assured we could reasonably expect to receive over 225k for the property . We listed for 235 on their advice and grossly overpriced ourselves as a result. The interior photos in the listing were great, the exterior photos were unflattering and utilised drone shots on a crowded street - we had to ask for the lead photo to be changed. Proactive communication was absolutely non-existent, had to request every change in valuation, had to chase the mortgage in principle certificate, reduce the value numerous times. We only held a viewing for one couple (twice), which we had to conduct ourselves. As a result of the pricing strategy, we did not sell and lost the house we wanted. In addition, even delisting was farcical and the property was still live several weeks the agreed delisting date. Simply put, the pricing strategy was incorrect from the off and the enormous portfolio this agent holds is at a severe detriment to it's customer care.

From the very beginning, when I first called to arrange a viewing, right through to the day we collected the keys, Ali was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive.<br><br>He consistently kept us updated at every stage and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed about what was happening. In fact, there were several occasions when Ali had more information and was able to give us clearer updates than our own solicitor!<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having someone so approachable, responsive and genuinely helpful made a huge difference. Ali was always happy to help, answer questions and keep things moving, and we really appreciated his support throughout the whole process.<br><br>We would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He is a credit to Bairstow Eves and provided an excellent level of service from start to finish. Thank you so much, Ali, for all your help in getting us to the point of picking up our keys!
1st Sep 2026 (18 days ago)**Very Poor Letting Agent**<br><br>Extremely disappointed with our experience. We have had a broken window for over a year, despite communicating this with them several times, multiple people coming out to inspect it. Still no avail, they even asked for us to coordianate and push for updates on the repair which as the tenant is not our responsibility to arrange the repair.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, and the issue has been repeatedly delayed with no proper resolution. A basic repair should not take over a year. Very poor service and professionalism. I would not recommend.

She made sure agents and solicitors were communicating, resolved the hiccup of a tricky survey in the chain, and dealt with some stuff she really shouldn't have had to. Beyond the call of duty!! Thank you.

23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

Graham Sheardon inspected the property, had a good discussion with us and suggested a market price at which the property was advertised. From then onwards we were regularly informed about the interest in the property by Alex Mills. There were lots of ups and downs while the house was advertised but with the perseverance of R&L staff, especially Alex Mills, with her negotiating skills the sale was finally agreed with buyers. Then Lucy Neath took over as the Sales Progressor. She communicated regularly as to how the sale was progressing and responded promptly to any questions or queries we had, especially with the buyers or vice versa. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
