16th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Spencer Birch carried out our homebuyers survey. Martin and Gill have both been so friendly and professional through the whole process. They were very quick to respond and got the survey booked in straight away. Within a week of our initial enquiry it was done and the report emailed through with a hard copy in the post. Martin took the time to talk us through the survey, giving us the chance to ask questions and understand next steps. He is clearly highly skilled and also cares about what he does. We would definitely book them again in the future and recommend to others.

20th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view

I can’t thank Tash and Ella enough for making my house sale run smoothly and quickly. From coming on the market it sold and completed in 11 weeks. Would highly recommend Benjamins. Fantastic solicitor recommendation as well. Thank you again for being amazing.

I am so impressed.- 28th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience for viewing “3 Lupin Close, Edwalton, Nottingham, NG12 4HU” on Saturday June 27th 2026<br><br>I had a viewing appointment booked for 2:45 pm, so I left home on time. Due to unexpected traffic, I realised I might be 5–10 minutes late. At around 2:40 pm, I called the Holden Copley office to inform them that I would arrive between 2:50 pm and 2:55 pm. I was assured that this was absolutely fine, that the team would be informed, and I was advised to continue to the property.<br><br>I arrived at 2:55 pm, rang the doorbell, and waited outside for around five minutes, assuming someone might still be inside. When nobody answered, I called the office again, only to be told that the sales executive had already left after waiting just two minutes, until approximately 2:47 pm, because his diary was “very busy.”<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is the complete double standard. Only last week, when viewing another one of their property (14 Autumn Close, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7YL, on Monday 22nd June), their own sales executive arrived 15 minutes late. On that occasion, I patiently waited outside in the hot afternoon sun with my 5 and 8-year-old children, and I even had to cancel an important office meeting because of their delay. I accepted it without complaint because I understood that delays can happen.<br><br>However, yesterday when I informed them in advance that I would be delayed by no more than 10 minutes, they couldn’t extend the same basic courtesy. Instead, the appointment was effectively cancelled after waiting just two minutes, despite the office knowing exactly when I would arrive.<br><br>To make matters worse, when I requested that the sales executive return to the property, I was spoken to in a dismissive and rude manner. I was repeatedly told that his diary was “very busy” and that he would not be coming back. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no appreciation for the time I had spent travelling.<br><br>This is not how customers should be treated. If you expect clients to accommodate your delays, you should be willing to show the same flexibility when customers communicate honestly and courteously in advance. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer time have left me extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would seriously question whether Holden Copley genuinely values its customers.

20th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Had a really positive experience with Robert Ellis Arnold branch.<br>Starting with Neill, the Director, he was my first contact, explained it all step by step, had a photographer in who also did a great job.<br>I don't live near to the property, so alot was done by phone and email, Toni in the office answered my many questions, kept me informed. First class service from begining to end.<br>Thank you all at Robert Ellis Arnold!
22nd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

We asked for an additional pair of keys to be cut to save us having to plan when the other person was going to be in which we were told we would have to pay for - turns out there was a spare pair of keys in the key box outside the whole time...<br><br>Over the course of the year they virtually never picked up the phone when called - good luck getting through to anyone.<br><br>Lastly, our property thankfully changed hands to a property manager that did their job and towards the end of our contract we received an email from John Shepherd outlining that their was rent arrears for the past 4 months... yes they seriously didn't even know that our property had not been under their management for almost half of our tenancy.<br><br>Strongly do not recommend.

Gabbie was consistently responsive, patient, and transparent in her replies. She took the time to address each of my queries, provided clear explanations of their terms, and arranged a rental valuation with my son, who was staying at the property at the time.<br><br>I particularly appreciated her professional approach and the fact that I never felt pressured to make a decision. Even after I decided to put my plans on hold, she remained understanding and offered to stay in touch for when I am ready to proceed.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Gabbie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional letting agent in Nottingham.
