28th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)From my own research and reading reviews etc Peter Lane was going to be my preferred choice of Agent, then after a chance conversation with a neighbour they explained that they were moving house that Peter Lane had sold their property ( No board) I met with Gavin to discuss my sale and my particular circumstance as I dog owner and with a disability I foresaw that viewings might have some challenges, Gavin was fabulous from the offset and we developed a plan with him and his team in mind. The plan worked to the letter and I’d like to think that it was as seamless for the viewers as it was for me, Gavin’s team are a stellar cast and personable, knowledgeable and just so practical and wise. I’ve been kept informed throughout I’ve chosen the best style of communication for me and nothing has been too much trouble or inconvenience. Selling a house requires you to put yourself in a position of trust with the agent and I can honestly say the whole team have completely fulfilled their end of that agreement with bells on lol ?????? I cannot fault them or give areas for improvement.
17th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Purchased my first property whom was marketed by Harvey Robinson. I cannot stress how phenomenal and attentive the service was. I dealt mostly with Beth who I could not fault at all. Impeccible. Communicated multiple times a week from start to finish without fail and when she wasnt there, Kye was there to step in. I honestly thought buying a property was daunting, but Beth made it so it wasnt. I honestly could not fault both her and Harvey Robinson at all. 100% will be my go to if I decide to move again down the line. INCREDIBLE!

They knew how to market our house to achieve a sale at a good price. There was always someone at the end of a phone call to answer my questions and reassure me through the process. I can't recommend Jodie Gregg, the real estate agent, enough. Professional and very helpful from start to completion of the deal.

Our house didn’t attract a flood of offers, but their expertise and pricing strategy helped generate real interest.<br><br>A special thank you must go to Robbie. He was friendly, approachable and human, while remaining professional throughout.<br><br>I’m not planning to sell another house anytime soon, but if I did, Thomas Morris would be getting a call.
