It showed in the fact that in two days of going on the market we had ten couples look at the property we had two asking price offers .we chose one and went with the couple . Pearsons organises a epc survey and recommended a solicitor whom we agreed on everything seems to be moving along very fast. Thank you pearsons
21st Nov 2025 (15 weeks ago)I have purchased my house recently through Cubitt & West and I cannot be more satisfied with the service I have received. James and the team were very communicative, knowledgeable about the properties and accomodating. Once I picked the house, I was assigned with Julie who was looking after the purchase for us and she was absolutely amazing chasing everything on all sides of the chain and giving us regular updates. I would strongly recommend Cubitt and West to both buyers and sellers based on my experience. Thank you guys.
28th Feb 2026 (5 days ago)Would just like to thank our mortgage advisor Leah Stephens, absolutely amazing lady who helped my daughter get her first home. She always made sure to keep us informed of anything going on even if there was no change and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on at the time. We would absolutely 100% recommend her to anyone.

Difficult to know if we are just unfortunate as it’s not a particularly good time to sell or was it poor performance from estate agents . Other similar houses on our estate have sold STC in the same duration
20th Feb 2026 (13 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond what I could ever have expected. In particular, Amelie Budd, but also Lloyd and Simon have been exceptional. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their kindness and compassion. During what can often be a stressful and emotional process, they treated me with genuine care, patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their communication was clear, prompt and reassuring throughout, and I always felt supported and respected. It is rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a human, empathetic approach. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly puts their clients first.

He has made the whole process very easy for us to understand and although we didn’t find a house through fox and sons the whole team have been wonderful. It’s great to know that we can contact him in the future as we all grow old together!!

29th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)The people who work in the Havant branch of this estate agent were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me updated throughout the whole process of selling my house. I would recommend them over any other estate agent in Havant, I had a disappointing experience with the one a few doors along with the rude woman who works in there. Rob and James went above and beyond and would definitely use them again.

6th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)I did not get one enquiry let alone a viewing in three months. Clearly pricing was not competitive for the market - they blamed the market. Communication was sporadic and uninformative too
23rd Feb 2026 (10 days ago)Lovely team but our home was over-valued and on the market for 3 months with 3 viewings. The office is local so local knowledge should be on point. The communication was always initiated by me to ask what we can do, reducing the cost, including social media etc Emails took a week to be responded to, if at all. Parted ways after 3.1 months and have missed out on the home we wanted to buy. Massive waste of our time, unfortunately.

A special thank you goes to Katie, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She provided updates and excellent communication. Overall, excellent service and professional commitment. 26th Feb 2026 (7 days ago)I recently rented out a property through Bernards. The lady I dealt with, Amber, made the process so easy. It makes me wonder why other agents make it so hard. One other small but crucial point. Amber found tenants and had them installed in record time. Other agents I'm also dealing with could learn a point or two there. Confidence and helpful attitude no doubt encouraged the prospective tenants to proceed. If you're looking for a company to handle property rental, I unreservedly recommend Bernards in Havant. I will be using them again without hesitation.
