Within two days James met me at the property with examples of properties for sale and in the area. The visit took no more than 10 minutes. Just after lunch that day James emailed a full valuation on his letterhead. I highly recommend James to assist you with an efficient and professional valuation of your properties in Emswoth and Westbourne and surrounding areas.

17th Jan 2025 (4 weeks ago)Would leave a 0 score Poor communications through trnnancy Allow the landlords to keep deposits as they don't have a back bone to get stuff for tenants So they end up loosing out constantly. Never rent a place from these guys numerously asked for paperwork and evidence of stuff never ever give despite always chasing. They take your money 0 intrest in belong you have issues sorted in the property with landlords and then end of tennacy they act like they don't know you and don't give a hoot. Appealing all round and never ever use these. Worse type of people and how andy is manager when he can't even send forms or proof of stuff to help deposits back. Because they are in the landlords pocket. Have lost over £600 due to there incompetence.
4th Feb 2025 (13 days ago)I recently bought a flat in Chichester through Hancock estate agents. I found the experience most uplifting. The service, care and attention that was extended to me by this firm was exemplary. There were unexpected legal problems with the lease and the transaction became protracted causing much worry. Huw and Sam were so helpful and Joel Cross was the star of the show. Joel was in constant communication with me throughout the procedure, continually reassuring me that everything would be alright on the night! His engagement and level of care and commitment went way above and beyond what I could reasonably have expected. This is a great firm with great people and I wager you would be hard pressed to find more humane and professional attention at any other. Bravo Hamptons and thank you so very much. Mike O.

4th Oct 2024 (19 weeks ago)In hindsight I feel property was slightly overvalued given the state of the market, however staff were always helpful and extremely responsive, getting feedback where possible after every viewing and did suggest a price drop which got things going with the viewings. When we accepted an offer they assisted in moving things along quickly and we were able to move through to completion within 6 weeks. Katie, Julie Ann, Natalie and Stuart were all very knowledgeable and professional and I'd not hesitate to use them again

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

21st Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)White and Brooks helped to sell our flat and myself and my partner were so impressed with the service they offered. They had regular viewings arranged and helped us to get an offer quickly. However they really came into their own towards the end of the process when some issues to do with solicitors dow the chain threatened the success of the sale. Sophie Franklin and Emma Neville went above and beyond to help us chase people up, communicated with everyone involved and they managed to help solve the issue in time for the sale to still go through. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

5th Feb 2025 (12 days ago)We have just completed our sale and purchase and it’s only right to give credit to the brilliant Danielle Kelly. We met up mid September and our house went live on right move to be sold by the 1st October. We had 10 viewings booked in the first 48 hrs and 3 offers over asking within a week. Danielle hastened everyone in the chain, organised the completion date and communicated with all parts of the chain to arrange this. She also remained very positive and realistic when things felt very stressful! Start to finish in 4 months…which in the current climate (with our onward sale falling through and having to find a new one) is pretty impressive! I would definitely recommend Danielle ??

Having now completed the sale I could honestly recommend his outstanding service to others looking for a professional, very well organised and friendly agent. We received first class service at all levels of communication which were met with immediate response and answered by Steve in person, leaving us feeling as though we were VIP clients! Full marks to Steve and his team for the energy and effort that provides this level of service and expertise.

Luci very quickly gained our trust proving to be a straight talking and hard working lady. She was literally on hand anytime we needed help or reassurance even answering messages when she was on holiday. She will tell you how it is, not what you’d like to hear and is totally reliable. No hesitation in recommending her to family or friends.
