17th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Many thanks to James and the team at the Havant branch for enabling my mum to sell her house and move to her lovely new home. From the outset I knew this would be a challenging situation for James and his team because my 85 year old mother is very set in her ways with at times unrealistic expectations. Because of this it took a while to sell and find mum a new home. However James’ professionalism, assistance and support to not just mum, but to us as a family throughout was brilliant and nothing was ever too much, he was so helpful, patient and committed to making sure mum got the move she wanted and the result was she did. If I decide to move I will definitely look to James and his team at Jeffries and Dibbens Havant to assist me. Many thanks Sue Johnson

4th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)In hindsight I feel property was slightly overvalued given the state of the market, however staff were always helpful and extremely responsive, getting feedback where possible after every viewing and did suggest a price drop which got things going with the viewings. When we accepted an offer they assisted in moving things along quickly and we were able to move through to completion within 6 weeks. Katie, Julie Ann, Natalie and Stuart were all very knowledgeable and professional and I'd not hesitate to use them again

9th Apr 2025 (20 days ago)In the world of Estate Agency, it is truly refreshing to come across an office which runs as professionally and successfully as Jackson Stops in Chichester. Exceptional customer service, and amazing communication meant the experience of selling through them was outstanding from the first meeting, to the marketing of the property, then them finding the perfect buyer as well as confidently seeing the sale through to completion. The combined knowledge and expertise within the office meant I always felt like I was in safe hands. Andrew, Phil and his staff went above and beyond. Thank you all very much. I can not recommend this firm highly enough, they are the best of the best.

Communication is excellent, even when things out of their direct control, do not go to plan. You cannot ask for a better service.
19th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)I'd like to start this review by saying that Tilly and Sarah in the sales team were a pleasure to deal with and a credit to their industry. We recently purchased a property through Charters and despite our initial positive impression through the sales team, we had several issues with the sales progression team. We were repeatedly mislead, lied to and pressured into time and financial commitments. The sales progression team lost control of our purchase and kept lying to us to 'keep us on the hook'. We had undue pressure put on us to financially commit despite being in full knowledge that the sellers were lacking behind, repeatedly telling us that we don't want to be the reason to hold up the sale. This happened on several occasions where they were lying to not only ourselves, but our solicitors. It reached such a level we had to escalate our case to senior management. I'd be very wary trusting Charters to sell a property which is one of the most important and stressful times. Unfortunately, they have reinforced the stereotype around estate agents and we would be reluctant to purchase a property listed by Charters in the future.

She has an exceptional ability to make clients feel at ease and is genuinely attuned to their needs. Her expertise in her role is commendable, and she certainly deserves recognition for her outstanding service. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of customer care she has provided, and because of her support, I am eager to collaborate with Rok Marsh in securing a property. From start to finish, he was personable, honest, and incredibly proactive. When selling, he provided clear and constructive feedback from viewings, helping us understand what potential buyers were thinking and where we could improve. The professional photography he arranged really made our property stand out. On the buying side, Steve was invaluable during negotiations, always keeping us informed on the seller’s position and helping us make the right offer. As things progressed, there were challenges within the chain, and without Steve’s persistence in chasing other agents and keeping everything moving, we might not have completed at all. If you’re buying or selling in Clanfield or Horndean, we highly recommend Steve—he genuinely goes above and beyond.
