He went through all options with us, he was also well prepared for the meeting and answered all the questions (even those silly ones :) ) . Even though we decided to do not put the house for sale I was very surprised the way he treated us and the standard of service he has given . We gonna put the house back again for sell in the future and definitely will choose Cubbit&west! Highly recommend!

They have been so supportive, excellent communicators and they have found wonderful tenants for the flat. I viewed a property on Hayling with Jason and was interested straight away, and within a few days Jason had me signing paperwork, Jason was very well organised and responded very respectfully and quickly, Jason answered every question I asked even when I thought it was silly it didn't matter, he explained everything fully to me and was always well mannered I can't thank Jason and Geoff foot lettings as a whole enough for getting me into a new property and so quickly too.

No matter what hurdle was placed in their way, by either party, their Cool, Calm Professional moved the process forward. We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We faced some complications, as often happens when buying a house, but Garreth was present throughout, kept regular contact and remained positive which we needed. Every question we had was answered by Garreth and we can’t fault the support he provided. Highly recommend Rok Marsh and particularly Garreth!!
