13th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Was interested in two different properties posted by Morris Dibben office in Hayling. First one I was messed around for the viewing, had a million calls between us and at the end changed their viewing rules and we weren’t able to view the new build property. Second property we went to view we asked to reserve and was told to apply via a form instead, which we received no answer for. After chasing them for nearly a month, asking for calls back and not receiving them we’ve just found out that the property we really wanted to reserve is gone. We were told we were unable to receive on the day even though we were the first to view… we’ve now lost the house we fell in love with due to the team’s inability to communicate, my partner seemed to get answers pretty quickly that the property was gone whereas I had to keep chasing and not getting information out of them. Clearly avoiding my calls, I just wanted to progress and was clearly not favoured by these estate agents. Would avoid.
15th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

Highly recommended.

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)A big thank you to all at Jeffries, Havant. We have just moved in to our new home and the whole process was relatively easy and stress free. We had our first offer at the beginning of January and have just moved in on 14th June. We were kept informed at each stage and everyone was polite, kind and helpful. We mainly dealt with James, Rob, Jade, Liv and Jodie and they were all great. If I ever had to move again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate about using Jeffries again! Thank you all again. Ben and Sophie :)

Really great communication and sorted out a few things the day before we moved in - in relation to the gas meter-5* service. We would recommend, not your usual estate agents. 22nd Jul 2024 (5 days ago)We felt the communication could have been better. There was minimal telephone contact from them and sometimes our emails went unacknowledged and questions in emails received no response but on the plus side, their fees were competitive.

We have found them to be a very efficient, conscientious and friendly company to deal with. Ginger & Sanders provide clear, written instruction for every project, detailing the work to be done and providing access information for the relevant properties. All accounts are processed and paid promptly. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Ginger & Sanders to anyone requiring Buying, Renting or Selling Properties. Kind Regards Mr W. Grant
15th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

The staff are very attentive and on the ball. The brochure produced was of a very high standard. Not only was a buyer found very quickly but also support services for getting the house ready to show were offered. The feed back during the sale was focussed and relevant. The intelligence gleaned about the chain was very useful in assessing the viability of the people expressing an interest in terms of likelihood of a offer to buy reaching a successful completion. Waterside properties and properties in marina developments which come with moorings for boats come with interesting challenges of their own and this business understands the market inside out.

Nothing has been too much problem, they are knowledgeable and kept us fully informed at all times. We were treated as part of the Barnards family. As a consequence the property sold in just 8 days, we cannot thank them enough.

Jules & James were also great with the progression, ensuring both sides were chased up constantly to apply the pressure needed to ensure the sale progressed very quickly. Thank you all for your help. We now have our new home in time for summer which we are really thankful for!

Our agent Danielle went above and beyond in able to get the sale over the line before the buyers mortgage ran out. Wasn’t a straight forward sale due to coming across obstacles that she and us hadn’t dealt with previously but very quickly obtained her knowledge and understanding of this and dealt with it efficiently. Very confident she will sell for us again in the future.
