15th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

Possibly over valued little feedback despite a price decrease- 18th Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)I needed a survey on a property done same day but my surveyor could only get there after working hours, a lad named Mo who works at cubit and west stayed well past working hours to make it happen with no complaints - his customer service was impeccable throughout, thank you mo!

James was very attentive and supportive throughout the whole time, ensuring we were updated at every stage even when things were a bit quiet on viewings. Rob was also great at keeping me updated when James wasn’t available, which also makes it a positive experience knowing that the whole team are there to support with the sale of your property. I have found other agents aren’t great at providing regular updates, and this is where the team at Havant differ which is fantastic during a stressful time. Thank you James and the rest of the team!
29th Sep 2024 (9 weeks ago)After a rocky start (there were a whole load of errors on the draft details and it was clear that they had simply copy and pasted the details from a previous marketing of the house, without noting that an extension had been built - which caused us to question their fee!), things improved markedly. Communication with the sales team in the Emsworth office was efficient and timely and the sale was completed within 6 months of going on the market and with minimal fuss. Thank you.

4th Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)In hindsight I feel property was slightly overvalued given the state of the market, however staff were always helpful and extremely responsive, getting feedback where possible after every viewing and did suggest a price drop which got things going with the viewings. When we accepted an offer they assisted in moving things along quickly and we were able to move through to completion within 6 weeks. Katie, Julie Ann, Natalie and Stuart were all very knowledgeable and professional and I'd not hesitate to use them again
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. When needing to get into the property to measure up it was never a problem. We was always letting him by smiling estate agent. We will definitely be using these for any future properties and highly recommend, thank you so much for your help. You made buying a property so much easier at such a tough time. I couldn’t

25th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)The main negative was the original valuation which was well above other valuations we believe designed to entice us. This was £550000 and we eventually sold for £480000 having reduced the price twice and missed the best time to sell i.e. the summer. Having said that the selling agents Hannah and Lorna were brilliant and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Having now completed the sale I could honestly recommend his outstanding service to others looking for a professional, very well organised and friendly agent. We received first class service at all levels of communication which were met with immediate response and answered by Steve in person, leaving us feeling as though we were VIP clients! Full marks to Steve and his team for the energy and effort that provides this level of service and expertise.
