It took a long time with a few disappointments along the way due to issues outside YourMove's control. I would thoroughly recommend them.

2nd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid at all costs! Initially it appeared to be easy and well organised booking a valuation. However, it was cancelled at late notice and since then, it has been a totally unacceptable and unprofessional disaster. I actually took time off work to attend the valuation only for C&W to FORGET TO INFORM ME (their actual excuse) they'd rearranged it again, in three weeks time!! Even though I'd rang them twice to request an email confirmation, they still didn't email me. Very annoying, unprofessional and unacceptable. I am now in the process of using a company that has some organisation and communication skills.

I found Jack very personable and ultimately splendidly persistent in the face of disgraceful tactics by the buyers solicitor. The sale took 10 months but we got there in the end. 26th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)Absolutely excellent team to work with. This was the 3rd house we have sold through them and they have been great with all 3 as well as buying an investment property which was again absolutely spot on. Can not recommend them enough!
4th Oct 2024 (4 days ago)In hindsight I feel property was slightly overvalued given the state of the market, however staff were always helpful and extremely responsive, getting feedback where possible after every viewing and did suggest a price drop which got things going with the viewings. When we accepted an offer they assisted in moving things along quickly and we were able to move through to completion within 6 weeks. Katie, Julie Ann, Natalie and Stuart were all very knowledgeable and professional and I'd not hesitate to use them again
