31st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We met the Agent at the property. Lovely photos were prepared and the property was very quickly on the market. Viewings started immediately and soon afterwards an offer was made. The staff proved to be extremely helpful and gave advice recommending a conveyancing organisation. Very satisfied and sale concluded relatively quickly. Would use Gascoigne-Pees Emsworth again without hesitation.

No matter what hurdle was placed in their way, by either party, their Cool, Calm Professional moved the process forward. They where a pleasure to deal with throughout and I can only recommend them to anyone who appreciates and needs a Quality Service.

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

27th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We faced some complications, as often happens when buying a house, but Garreth was present throughout, kept regular contact and remained positive which we needed. Every question we had was answered by Garreth and we can’t fault the support he provided. Highly recommend Rok Marsh and particularly Garreth!!
23rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Well contract are not signed yet so fingers crossed Nathan at Steve Grantham couldn't have been better in any way The communication and handling of the sale so far has been just excellent. The photography was beautiful and now we just hope nothing goes wrong that is not under his control
