She always made sure to keep us informed of anything going on even if there was no change and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on at the time. We would absolutely 100% recommend her to anyone.

20th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond what I could ever have expected. In particular, Amelie Budd, but also Lloyd and Simon have been exceptional. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their kindness and compassion. During what can often be a stressful and emotional process, they treated me with genuine care, patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their communication was clear, prompt and reassuring throughout, and I always felt supported and respected. It is rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a human, empathetic approach. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly puts their clients first.

As a support worker assisting my clients in securing a property, it was important that the process was smooth and well-communicated, and Danielle was incredibly helpful throughout. She responded to our emails very quickly, kept us updated at every stage, and assisted with everything to a very high standard. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier for both myself and my clients.
