This may have been due to us but we felt later on that they did not qualify the potential buyers very well and we also had to chase them at times.- 20th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)Very friendly and knowledgeable, giving excellent advice. Quick with information and feedback from viewings, updates on how the offers stood against each other. Everything was explained before we agreed to use their service. They worked hard and are well worth every penny.

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
