20th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Took longer to get to market then I expected but that was not Beercocks fault at all ! ( government legislation ). Through each and every stage ( so far ! ) they have been excellent from preperation, photography and video ,valuation and negotiation. spot on. Even down to helping buyers with thier government requirements to help the sale.Here's hopeing everything goes smoothly and a big thank you to Jake , Lucy and all the team.

16th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)From the very beginning of selling the service from Ian, Lisa,and Pip,and all the team has been fantastic their knowledge of the area market and the pricing etc was proven too be very accurate .With sound advice throughout the sale these people and all the staff have been brilliant top drawer in my opinion

We have been looking for our ideal home for quite a long time, and thanks to the coordinated work of the team, this process was as comfortable as possible. Bryony was always in touch, promptly answered any questions, offered. We were very pleased with the knowledge of the market, attention to our wishes. We got exactly that beautiful new house we dreamed of! We will definitely recommend the agency and Bryony personally to all our friends and acquaintances. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.
20th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Having known people who have successfully sold through Symonds and Greenham and being impressed by their social media marketing they were my first choice of estate agents. Sadly my experience was not positive from the point of signing up onwards. Lack of communication throughout, photos taken for the listing but then nothing went out on social media and when I queried was told ‘that needed a different camera’ Why not do the two together instead of putting me to the bother of getting the house perfect for a second time, the video was never done at all despite several enquiries. Viewings were not always fed back in a timely manner, occasions I’ve just had to find out visiting the dashboard which often was not updated, other times it’s simply been a text message which I find incredibly rude. I’m the customer at least make the effort to speak to me rather than a cold text. Sadly due to all this and nearly a year on the market the house is still not sold and I ultimately made the decision to give notice to them. Would I recommend them, sadly no I would not!

23rd Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.
