He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

12th Jan 2023 (2 years ago)This letting agency isn’t professional at all, been renting from them for almost 4 years now and I’m only still with them because cost of living is affecting my family so moving isn’t an option at the moment. Shocking agents, rude and unfriendly. Having to call them loads of times whenever there’s something that needs sorting around the apartments and I’ve had damp and mould all over my bathroom for years which they don’t care to come fix the issue! I wouldn’t recommend ABSOLUTELY! I never leave reviews but for this company I feel the obligation to!

Dale and Rachel beant over backwards, viewing the property themselves, sourcing and sending the perfect buyers, not one single time waster. They kept me updated with appointments regularly working around my hectic schedule. Thank you guys so much for making an incredibly stressful time so much easier!!!

They really care about each client, and we'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others.
26th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

2nd Nov 2018 (6 years ago)Been dealing with/working with Waltons for years from my time at the council and also running my own business. I have always found Martin and Kate to be very knowledgeable and refreshingly work very hard to promote 'betterment' for their business and their customers/clients also for the areas where they have properties. In my opinion, they are certainly the most reputable commercial agents in Tameside and very knowledgeable and experienced and speak common sense.

31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Since then, Adam has continued to offer us advice and support and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Harriet and Debra were exceptional in all our dealings, their knowledge, experience and dedication were vital in securing a smooth process on our purchase and of course the sale for their clients! During the sale we overcame hurdles and issues that without them could have become overwhelming. A huge thanks to them both and their team ! We cannot recommend them highly enough .
