Both Abi and Carolyne have been brilliant in every aspect of getting us into our lovely rental home. They are professional and knowledgeable about the all the complexities of the process, and so friendly and courteous too. When I was concerned about how to upload documents for financial checks, they found other ways and were very reassuring that all was fine. We had a minor hiccup at the property which Carolyne went out of her way to sort out straight away.

Estate agents don't get a great press, but whether finding tenants or buyers and negotiating the transactions they have always been thoroughly professional, straightforward and helpful. Certainly deserving of a great press; so I have no hesitation recommending them. I just wish their office was in my part of London!

I cannot praise Reeds Rains enough for their help in selling my mother in laws house which was in probate. This was a new area for me to be in and they took the pressure off me and completed the sale through auction, which I must say I was dubious about with ease and simplicity.

I would personally like to thank Hannah (Glossop Branch) for her outstanding customer care and attention. Even though I had called the wrong branch handling the property I was interested in, Hannah called the other branch herself to find out the details and then offered ( as a suggestion) another property which she suggested might be more to my taste. The arrangements to view the property were made very promptly and efficiently, at a time I requested and Hannah offered to have the Agent showing us the property meet us as the location is a bit tricky to find. I was quite simply amazed at the high standard of customer service, especially as this was during the Christmas period. I had expected delays especially with regards to viewings.
Based on my experience with Reeds and Rain I would recommend them as their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail goes above and beyond my expectations.

I would personally like to thank the team at Reeds Rains for the very professional way in which they dealt with my house sale. I primarily dealt with two of the team: Paul and Kirsty. But I am confident that whoever had dealt with it, it would have been exactly the same.I have seen how hard they work. Outstanding!
Initially, Paul valued my house. It is dearer than the other estate agents,,,,HOWEVER - DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THIS. It is worth it. Even before my house went on the internet, I had two viewers and two offers from their own data base. At every stage I was kept informed of what was happening.
Kirsty was responsible for the house sale and she was superbly efficient with a very pleasant but confident and professional approach. She will also be very pro active with the house you are hoping to buy. Even though it might be in a different location and with a different estate agent, as mine was!
I have nothing but high praise for this branch of Reeds Rains. They are a team who the company should really value. Thank you so much. Best price realised and the sale ultra quick! Amazing!
