   The service I received from Wards of Eynsford was first class. From the very first visit from Shannon who advised me how to put my bungalow on the market, to the exchange today, just over five months later.<br>Every member of staff I have come into contact with have been exceptional. They are all extremely professional and dedicated.<br>The key people were: Shannon (as previously mentioned) who has been in constant contact with me throughout: Luisa and Suzanne who showed my bungalow to several prospective buyers and who always gave me in depth feedback, and lastly Judy in sales progression.<br>They have all worked tirelessly to make the whole transaction as straightforward and easy as possible.    We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services.
