   We, my brother and I, would like to thank the staff at the Dartford branch for their help, expertise, professionalism and understanding of our needs, in the sale of our late fathers home. We took their advice to go to auction which proved to be a great decision....infact, the property did'nt even get that far...it sold when the auction pack was put into the public domain!! From start to finish the whole process lasted about 3 months.    An all-round great experience.<br>From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.<br>Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.<br>Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!<br>Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value.    We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services.    Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.
