Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!

13th May 2021 (5 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.
3rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.
11th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)The service we had from Winkworth from the start to finish was fabulous. We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.- 6th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around. I decided to show people around myself. Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed. This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale. I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company. Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.
