1st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Shannon from the start was brilliant, she explained everything, and I would highly recommend her for the future viewings. Caroline who showed us around was also very good. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of service from Pittis estate agents.
13th May 2021 (5 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.
3rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
17th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Communication from the agent was poor with no proactive updates even on one occasion after a 2nd viewing. They did little to promote our house without prompting from us.

From the very first contact Simon, Rachael and their team have been excellent - complete professionals, incredibly capable, experienced and friendly. They did a brilliant job - transparent communication, no stress, no fuss - I felt 100% confident at every stage. We sold quickly in a challenging market - wonderful people, highly recommended.

3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Fine and Country are always fantastic to work with- Chrissie, Natalie and Jasmine have great communication and this makes the process run as smoothly as possible. They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.- 6th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around. I decided to show people around myself. Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed. This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale. I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company. Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.

They have been absolutely brilliant in helping us achieve a swift and smooth sale of our Island home.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they were on the ball and keeping everything moving. They really understood our position, and we felt valued and well represented as sellers— which was a refreshing change from previous experiences where the emphasis seemed to be on keeping the buyers happy.<br><br>Their knowledge of the Isle of Wight and wealth of experience in the industry really shone through.
