4th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!
27th May 2024 (1 year ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!

Communication was absolutely outstanding from start to finish—always quick to respond, incredibly proactive, Alex and Nancy kept me fully updated every step of the way. I always felt completely reassured and in the loop, which made the whole process so much smoother and far less stressful than I expected. They were also an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help wherever they could. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Truly excellent service! Thank you for helping us find our dream family home

It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
