Mia was very helpful and resourceful throughout the beginning process and walked us through all our options. After renting we dealt with Tracey for everything relating to the flat, renewing the contract etc. and she was fantastic. Very helpful and always prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. Throughout we had an excellent experience and would recommend Sawyers & Co if looking for an agency to find a place to rent

12th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated sales process. The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. She kept us informed throughout and formed a bridge between us and the buyer- her reassurance and support was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Brand and Vaughan . Thank you so much for getting us to the finish line!

5th Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have just let out a flat with Oakfields. I was a tenant previously in one of their properties for 2.5 years, so I already knew they were a great and trusted team. My experience this week has been above and beyond though. I sadly am moving due to a break up and Jenny and Kim have been wonderful in their communication with me. Jenny accommodated me with an earlier viewing to fit around my work schedule. The viewing was with Kim, who was friendly, professional and has been incredibly communicative and on hand through the subsequent referencing process. I recommend Oakfield without hesitation, and Jenny and Kim in particular. They made me feel at ease in the midst of a stressful process and difficult time.

The person I spoke with couple times Alex was rude and not doing his job properly. Don’t say you will get back to me and then don’t. Show respect to customers please. Surely this discrimination?

Was told in depth about the property which we ended up purchasing with Dan who was supportive and helped us as first time buyers throughout the stages and has been a massive help. He’s a great member of their team and very helpful would definitely recommend to a friends and Family.

Property priced competitively , which basically means a bargain , but they did a market analysis , we could have hung on for an extra 10/20 k but it was fundamentally our choice . Good communication throughout

We have just exchanged and are a few weeks from completion but we couldn’t be more thankful for the non stop support throughout the whole process. Rob was always just a phone call or email away if we ever needed anything, explaining the process bit by bit which we are so thankful for. He has made buying our first home such an enjoyable process!
