The house didn’t sell, I took off and went on with a different agent. Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. We bought our first house through Whitley Parish. They were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. The viewing was organised quickly after we requested and it was non accompanied allowing us to get to know the sellers and see the house at our leisure. They kept us updated with information throughout the process and were extremely efficient when exchange came to take place.
