Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Providing accompanied viewings was a godsend as I have dogs which would have proved very difficult for me to do the viewings alone. I highly recommend them.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I had a brilliant experience with Winkworth, they made selling our property and purchasing our new one as easy as they could. The whole team were brilliant however in particular James who assisted with selling our property ensured this was dealt with as quickly and stress free as possible and with the least inconvenience to us whilst arranging viewings. Jade who supported after an offer had been accepted until completion was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this company.
22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

From the start of the selling process the communication, knowledge and advice given by them was excellent. From my personal point of view the fact that my fees on a one bed flat are the same as a 4 or 5 bed large detached home seemed a little hard to take but they have, fingers crossed got the job done ??????
