We bought our first house through Whitley Parish. They were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. The viewing was organised quickly after we requested and it was non accompanied allowing us to get to know the sellers and see the house at our leisure. They kept us updated with information throughout the process and were extremely efficient when exchange came to take place. My x partner went to view a rental property and basically because she was on benefits with a disability they wouldn’t even entertain the idea of her renting this property , it is still available she was given an application form to fill in but was told not to fill it in yet as there still waiting on someone that enquired 3 weeks ago but hasn’t got back to them yet . Equality act 2010 is not being followed by this company. We will be reporting this to the ombudsman.... Read more
