From the very start, she was professional, knowledgeable, and was quick in answering queries about the process. What really stood out against other agents was the non- pushy approach before we decided to proceed, and their marketing strategy. Jess secured 6 viewings within the first couple of days, which led to us having a choice of offers. Thanks to Jess’ negotiations, our home sold considerably above the asking price, and we were confident that all the right questions had been asked. We were happy that Jess was contactable for any queries, especially as it was our first time selling a property, and she was able to give advice about the property we purchased. Thank you, Jess. The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

21st Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I was in need of a property quickly and the advert was on right move and had only been up for 40 mins. I called for a viewing. I was offered a viewing the same day just a couple hours away. I agreed. I was able to see a finished/ furnished apartment to get an idea of what a furnished apartment could look like. I also saw the apartment which was available to rent. David was very informative and understanding. Without any hassle, I advised I would like to rent and was offered tenancy there and then. I've never has such a smooth transition/ agreement before. I had issues with other estate agents with other properties prior to looking at this one. There is a community feeling amungst tenants and the estate agents is very close by and always open if there's any issues and concerns. Always warm and welcoming. Lucy was very informative when booking viewings and made sure to book viewings for days/times suitable for us as a family. Lucy would always contact us to confirm dates/times before confirming with viewers and was organised before attending viewings at our property. Thank you Lucy!

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

27th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

From the first meeting, I was struck by their professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge of the market and their rates are very competitive.
