If I could would give -5 stars. Extremely unprofessional estate agent. Needed to write 3 times to find out specific information and got snarky attitude and different information in each of the emails. Please save your time and don't even p
Bother with their properties. Probably of something is broken in flat it's not going to be fixed anyway if the attitude is already bad with potential clients.

Called from dubai for an enquiry on one of their flats and his tone and words were ridiculous. Have never heard anyone at all talk like that. All answers to my questions were no no and no.

Dissolved 29/9/20 but operating!! Unprofessional, unethical and rude avoid if you can, if you do rent with them at the end of your tenancy they will use unethical tactics, accuse you of all sorts and exaggerate or distortion in order to con you to help landlord keep your deposit so report everything in writing whilst renting and when you move in, take photos. Report to Property Ombudsman, do everything in writing/email and make sure at the end of your tenancy you go through deposit scheme dispute process. Don’t let them work in collusion with landlord to keep YOUR money! If you need help go to citizens advice, contact Property Ombudsman even your local council or MP or save yourself money and hassle and go with another agent. Truly appalling and rogue I’m surprised they are still in business and haven’t been shut down. Companies House lists them as Dissolved 29/9/20 but yet are still operational? Shady

I'm appalled. Called to enquire about a property I was extremely interested in, refused to answer any questions, hung up on me mid sentence and didn't pick up any calls after that. Purely confused at their ABYSMAL customer service

After contacting via email, website forms and over the phone still no response. Over the phone was just advised to contact via the website again. A real shame as with this non-responsiveness I simply am no longer keen to enter into a contract with this agent, although the properties they represent would have been suitable.

Ignorant and rude approach to customers. I rang the estate agent dropped my call, I rang again he didn't even care to act politely or to apologise, he kept asking how can I help you, so I said its regarding property is Suffolk to whom he promptly replied we already found tenants thanks for your call and hang up.
Awful! Glad you shown the worst of you, do not recommend to use your services at all.

Sad thing is, there are some properties I really want to enquire about but been put off by the awful reviews. You need to address this before more people like me, are to put off to even call you.

Be aware you will never get deposit back
Be aware you will never get deposit back.
Doesn't meter if you even tiding up everything and cleaning you will never get your money back.
so everyone please be aware!!! as i had deposited £1100 , on the moving date i have done painting clear whole garden even cut the grass, also cleaned carpets which cost me in total about £300 and they still founded the way how to do not pay back deposit !
and i have heard from one person that like to do it in that way!
so basically if you dont care about your deposit then stick with upstix :)

Clearly like many people before me, I had the unfortunate experience of talking to Upsticks’ popular ‘estate agent’. For someone who claims to have been in the business for over 35 years he was the most rude, obnoxious and arrogant person in a service industry that I’ve ever spoken to. He cut me off during the phone conversation multiple times,verbally attacked me, spoke down to me and had the most offensive tone. As if this wasn’t enough he decided and I quote ‘there’s no point in continuing this conversation’ and proceeded to hang up the call in my face. I’m absolutely shocked at this kind of a service and have no idea how they run a business with such agents. A 100% would NOT recommend to anyone, save yourself the trouble. As for property owners, please do not go to this agency as this aforementioned man will single handedly and most certainly destroy any chances of getting prospective tenants.
