Had 5 people view in 8 months. Also had a lot of cancelled appointments. Changed to another agent and have had 6 viewings in Less than 3 weeks

I viewed a property with this agency twice. The property fell through three times, I attempted on each occasion to express interest and place an offer, however on every occasion I was promised a call back in response to my morning call to them which wasn’t honoured, and on every occasion on the same day when I called again I was advised the property was under offer, never to be asked what I would of offered or even chased for my feedback. How can you act in the best interest of your clients if you don’t know what offer is best for them? I was quite shocked to have experienced this treatment on three different occasions which was why I felt obliged to leave this review. Furthermore on my last call when I expressed my disappointment to Walkers but they were not the slightest concerned, I explained that it is unprofessional, unfair and not in the best interest of their client. The position was cash, and the offer would have been £35k more than what land registry advises that property sold for.

Martin was very professional and friendly and offered great advice and guidance, and was a complete pleasure to deal with. Dee, who looked after our case once we had an offer accepted, was simply superb. She is the ultimate professional, updated me continuously on the progress and to be honest, did the work of the other agents in the chain to ensure all of us got to completion. I cannot sing their praises high enough. Dee, I cannot thank you enough for what you did, without you I am not sure it would have had the same outcome. Forever grateful.

Our house was on the market for 14 weeks, before removing at the start of the Coronavirus outbreak. Despite having in excess of 20 viewings, our house was not sold and we did not receive any offers, so we were disappointed.

A massive thank you to Natalie, Adam, Dee and the rest of the Walkers team. They got our house sold for full asking price twice in 12 weeks (after the first deal fell through). The service was fantastic throughout, from starting with Adam giving us honest advice about what he would change before we out the house on the market. Natalie pushing back time wasters and inappropriate offers to See get the legal bits over the line and completed. Knowing what I know now, I would definitely use them again.
