I cannot recommend buying a house via Beresfords Ingatestone( and in particular Joe Pammen ) enough. We were quite lucky with our transaction, but on the occasions where there were a few complications, Joe was fantastic at keeping in contact with us and seller, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything happened smoothly. We viewed several houses and found Joe to be the most helpful with the perfect balance of showing us around and letting us explore ourselves. When I initially met Jane from Beresfords I instantly knew she was the right person to market my property. Her professional, friendly and realistic approach to the current market gave me every confidence she would sell my property...and she did, in a matter days in fact.
I have to add the progression of the sale was not the easiest by any means. It was complicated and lengthy due to the pandemic, but I always felt in good hands throughout the process as Jane always had things under control. She has a air of calmness in her approach and knows what she is doing at every stage which in turn gives you the confidence that she will handle the situation. I have lost count the amount of times I called her over the past months but I never felt that I couldn’t!
Not only would I say that I highly recommend Jane to market your property successfully but I can honestly say I have found a friend in Jane, in fact now we are coming to the end of the sale I will miss her. Lovely lady, knowledgeable agent and works so hard to get the right result.
