Richard and Toni-Ann Lowther are without doubt the perfect blueprint for estate agents. In a very difficult domestic market, to my eternal regret, I first tried a very large firm of estate agents who tried what turned out to be every trick in the book to tell me black was white until I finally, totally lost confidence.
