They arranged the photos quickly, made the whole process feel effortless, and set up viewings to suit our specific times and dates, which took a huge amount of stress off us.<br><br>Throughout the sale, they kept us fully up to date with every development. We were informed of offers promptly, and after closing they took the time to walk us through each one so we understood everything clearly. Their communication was consistent, reassuring, and always helpful.<br><br>Every member of staff we dealt with was fantastic — supportive, organised, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Residence to anyone selling their home.

Nicole came highly recommended so it was an easy decision when speaking to Nicole that I trusted Countrywide as our estate agent. 2 weeks from being on market we have accepted an offer and the whole process has been so smooth. 5th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Will use again!- 6th Feb 2026 (5 mo. ago)Had a viewing of a property for sale arranged today, on my day off. Took over an hour to drive there and back. Turned up on time, no one there. Called office only to be informed that viewing was cancelled and they meant to tell me but email link wasn't working. Dreadful service. Residence clearly could not care less about potential buyers time. They obviously do not know how to communicate via a telephone!!! Management did not even apologise directly. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SELL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY CLEARLY CANNOT COMMUNICATE APPROPRIATELY!!
